Formed in León, NIcaragua in 2024, by Daniel Kelly (USA) on vocals and Hugo Flores (NIC) on guitars, Quemen Los Barcos is the result of two different cultures, backgrounds, and experiences coming together to create a reflection of the reality we inhabit today and offer hope for a way forward.

Brutal, sensual, raw and sometimes extreme, our music pulls from the hardcore, punk, and metal music we grew up on and adds sounds and styles from around the world to build something entirely different.

From the plight of the indigenous in “Hijos Del Maíz”, to reflections of suicide in “FAULT/LINES”, to the condemnation of the 1% in “Carnicero”, or the overt sexuality of “Words Before Midnight” our music delves into the darker corners of the human condition and lays bare our deepest thoughts and desires.

Brutal, sensual, cruda y, a veces, extrema, nuestra música bebe del hardcore, el punk y el metal con los que crecimos, e incorpora sonidos y estilos de todo el mundo para construir algo totalmente diferente.
